Placed two large rooftop HVAC units on a three-story commercial office complex in Garland. Limited staging area required precise boom positioning from the street without blocking traffic.
Completed in under 4 hours. HVAC crew was back to work the same afternoon.
Warehouse Steel Beam Erection
Provided boom truck crane support for the expansion of an industrial warehouse facility in Allen. Worked directly with ironworkers to place 14 structural beams over three days.
Structural phase completed on schedule. Framing crew took over immediately after.
Fiberglass Pool Installation
Lowered a 16 × 36 ft fiberglass pool shell into a tight residential backyard in Plano. The backyard had a 6-foot privacy fence, mature trees, and minimal clearance on both sides.
Shell placed in under 2 hours. Pool crew completed installation the same day.
Chiller Replacement — 4th Floor Deck
Removed an aging chiller and placed a new 45-ton unit on the 4th-floor mechanical deck of a Fort Worth medical office building. Scheduled over a weekend to avoid impacting patient services.
Old unit down, new unit set, and reconnected before Monday morning.
Roof Truss Package — New Subdivision
Provided truss placement support across six homes in a new Frisco subdivision. Worked with the builder's framing crews to place all 24 trusses in a single mobilization, saving the builder multiple crane trips.
All 6 homes framed ahead of schedule. Builder saved two crane days in total.
Standby Generator Placement
Placed a 500kW standby generator at a North Dallas data center that had no direct drive-in access. The unit needed to go over the existing 8-ft perimeter security fence and land on a prepared concrete pad.
Generator placed precisely on its pad. Electrical connection completed same day.
Monument Sign Installation
Lifted and set an 18-foot monument sign structure at a retail center entrance in Richardson. Worked alongside the signage company for precise placement over pre-poured footings.
Set and secured in under 3 hours. Signage crew completed finish work the same day.
Storm Tree Removal — Emergency
An 80-ft white oak fell onto a homeowner's roof and fence during a storm in McKinney. We responded same-day with our boom truck to assist the arborist in safely extracting each section without further roof damage.
Tree fully removed. Homeowner filed claim with full crane documentation provided.
